Athletic Enhancement
Self motivation is needed for this class. This course differs from other physical education classes in that it focuses on the student-athlete and the development of sport-specific training. Weight training in this course is directed toward sport-specific lifts. Agility training, speed development, flexibility, balance, coordination and the development of explosive movements are thoroughly covered.
